What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), money orders, cashier's checks and well-concealed cash. See terms page for payment details.
Is it safe to pay with my credit card?
Absolutely. Providing you with a secure online shopping experience is very important to us. We recognize that security is an essential aspect of any online transaction. To ensure your security, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) providing an encrypted channel and server authentication, so that all such information is transmitted through a 128 bit secured server connection. We do not have access to your credit card number and other financial information. Your credit card details are communicated only and directly with PayPal or Google Checkout to process your payment.
Can I pay with a money order, cashier's check or cash?
Yes. Simply go through the checkout process and select the money order or cashier's check payment option. If paying by cash, please select money order payment option. After you submit your order, please contact us at email@example.com to make payment arrangements. Payment must be received within 10 days of placing your order, or the items will be restocked and your order becomes null and void.
How do I make a purchase?
Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, simply click the "BUY NOW" button. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart and take you to your cart. At that point, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished adding the items to your cart and you have made any necessary changes (e.g., changing quantity of items), click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button and follow the directions for completing your transaction.
Can I add insurance to protect against loss and damage?
Yes. We encourage all customers to obtain insurance protection if they have concerns. Insurance is provided free of charge to United States customers if your order is over $50. All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed prior to shipping. However, we have no control over packages once they are given to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the shipping carrier if insurance is not purchased. Insurance is optional at a nominal cost and strongly recommended. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please specify your request in the "Notes" section during checkout and we will charge or bill you accordingly. What if I have a problem while placing an order?
Most online orders go very smoothly; however, if you experience any difficulty or you are not sure about what to do next to complete your order, try beginning at your shopping cart by clicking on the "View Cart" icon. How long will it take to process my order?
The order process begins as soon as your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. International orders will take longer to process. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the progress of your shipment. Online tracking may not be available for international shipments. Please note that your order may sometimes be delayed and some of the typical reasons why your order may be delayed are past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned; unable to verify billing address information. If you have placed an order with us and are paying by money order or cashier's check, make sure to include your order number with your payment so that we can quickly locate your order and have it ready for dispatch. Your order will be processed and shipped when payment clears the bank.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time for domestic orders is approximately 5 to 7 business days from the point of mailing. Delivery time for international orders may range from 5 to 21 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. These estimates do not include weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that carrier provided tracking information may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update in their system. Online tracking may not be available for international shipments.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide. We do our best to prevent our international customers from having to pay any additional taxes and duties by customs, we cannot guarantee this can be completely avoided. All shipments sent outside the United States may be charged taxes and duties by customs upon arrival. You will be responsible for these charges when the shipment is delivered. We do not know the amount of these charges because they are determined by your local government and vary from country to country. You may contact your local customs office to inquire about these charges. If you have special instructions for your international shipment, please contact us before placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your request.
How much is international shipping?
International shipping rates vary greatly depending on the package weight, size and destination country. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate your international shipping rate during the checkout process. You will see the shipping charges added to your order price prior to actually confirming your order with us (and before authorizing any payments). When you order from our SSL secure website, you will be given three options for shipping during the checkout process: USPS First Class Mail International Package (14 to 21 business days), USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days) and USPS Express Mail International EMS (5 business days).
What if an item is out of stock?
On the rare occasion that an item is temporarily out of stock we will send you an email notification to let you know that your order will take additional time. You can either: cancel your order, order something of comparable price, or wait for the item to be restocked. Some items are limited and do not get restocked, if you order an item that is out of stock and will not be restocked, we will issue a full refund for the order.
